The Core Clarity Certification Program is a 6-month journey of personal transformation in order to be of service to others.
It's a dual-certification program of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and The Clearing Work™.
These two modalities are centered around meridian point body tapping. These practices have roots in ancient Chinese medicine, similar to acupuncture, acupressure points are stimulated to regulate the nervous system and remove stuck energy.
Tapping has been thoroughly researched and proven to be effective as a stress reduction therapeutic tool.
These two modalities work together to remove the core subconscious limiting beliefs created in early childhood experiences and trauma.
The course is 100% online.
You will be held inside an intimate group of other women also completing the training.
The course begins when you say "YES!" and will last for the duration of 6-months until completion.
You will be working through 6 modules of learning material and weekly practical skill-set training.
3x Private 1-1 Sessions with Sacha
The first thing we do when you sign-up is have a 1-1 session with me. You book the remaining sessions throughout the course when you feel you need advanced support. It is an honour for me to hold this space for you as you undergo profound personal transformation during the course. You will feel personally supported and connected throughout the entire course.
Weekly 90-minutes Live Group Tapping Circles
These calls are required to participate live in, in order to engage with the group and receive practical training. These calls ensure you are doing the work on yourself as your own priority. These weekly calls are highly engaging and we move through various topics weekly.
2x Monthly Embodiment Experiences with Guest Experts
I love hosting teachers and leaders who have personally touched my life with their embodiment work. These calls range from breathwork facilitation, vocal activations, feminine embodiment work to dynamic meditations! These calls are meant to be fun and nourishing and give you an opportunity to become more embodied in the work.
2x Monthly Live Q&A Calls
We engage together in discussions based on material or circumstances that you would like more information and clarity around. I love answering all your questions and we learn from each other's experiences as a collective.
Unlimited Access to a Thriving Community Portal
This group is an intimate space full of women who are on the same path as you. You will be required to film live video check-ins weekly to get comfortable on camera and to stay accountable to your progress. You are not meant to be on this journey alone and this community of sisterhood will support you in ways beyond your current belief.

The course training is designed for you to go at your own pace and work through on your own time. The modules are full of exciting videos with digestible and relatable information. I’ve had clients saying they couldn’t stop watching to sleep at night because they just wanted to keep soaking in the knowledge!
50 Hours of Required Practice Sessions
This is a benefit of the course that is truly invaluable! Unlimited access to a community of support. As soon as you begin the course there are women waiting to serve you as their client (for free) as part of their completion of the program. This is a safe space for you to receive and to practice being a practitioner with other students in the course!

I have curated a list of my favourite books that will help you soak in the wisdom that this work has to offer. You will study the science behind tapping, polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation to the core energetics of the chakra system.
